Terms Of Contracts
- The Contract shall commence and continue to run for a term of minimum One year from the effeective date and thereafter automatically renewed for consecutive year. At least 30 days prior notice be given by Client to end the Contract with mutual understanding having concrete reason for the same.
- Client may request for change in security personnel with good reason.
- For the reason of Weekly Off one reliever on every Six Security Guards will automatically be catered for and billed accordingly
Monthly Invoices / Bills
- Kavach Security Services will raise the monthly bills to the Client at agreed prices, for the services on 1st working day of each month for the service provided for the previous month. Client will make total payment of the bills within five working days from the presentation of bills, every month, by way of checque/ Demand Draft/ Bank Transfer issued in the name of “Kavach Security Services”, to enable us to pay all the Security Staff by 10th day of the month
GST/ TDS
- All sums payable under this Agreement are exclusive of GST as applicable, which is to be paid by the Client.
- One percent TDS is applicable on net amount payable under this Agreement, and same will be deducted by the Client and TDS Certificate is to be provided every three months to our Office.
